Work beyond the local church includes camp leadership, director of communications for an annual conference, and teaching and workshop leadership. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

  • Serving several growing and revitalized congregations in North Carolina and Japan
  • Serving as the first Director of Communications in The Mississippi Conference where the conference newspaper was revitalized, a web ministry was envisioned and implemented, and the collaboration of conference agencies, districts and local churches was improved.
  • Completion of a Ph.D. That focused on clergy burnout and health and led to numerous publications and many opportunities to speak and lead workshops and seminars.
