Offering over 25 years of varied experience in church and community service. Work beyond the local church includes camp leadership, director of communications for an annual conference, and teaching and workshop leadership. Skilled in the use of technology for teaching, community building and organizational administration.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
- Serving several growing and revitalized congregations in North Carolina and Japan
- Serving as the first Director of Communications in The Mississippi Conference where the conference newspaper was revitalized, a web ministry was envisioned and implemented, and the collaboration of conference agencies, districts and local churches was improved.
- Completion of a Ph.D. That focused on clergy burnout and health and led to numerous publications and many opportunities to speak and lead workshops and seminars.
